From the conceptual standpoint of sanitary and social engineering, which refers to our model of society at large, the term consolidation refers to all the things that must be remembered from the last three years of feasibility audit pertaining to the user, network and system environments, with a view to reaching the conceptual point of equilibrium which defines the NetPlusUltra®-sustained master franchising system in development. This optimum is the point where a franchised system does not or no longer produce any form of under-efficiency rooted in a lack of transparent solutions, or over-supply resulting from an ill-allocated surplus of resources.
As the first master franchising solution of its kind, the NetPlusUltra®-sustained virtual incubation service derives all its legitimacy from its purpose, insofar as the latter is entirely dedicated to sustaining the independence of free-willed individuals contributing their forces towards the greater good, defined as the sustainable renewal of resources with a view to equitable (re)distribution.
Legal dimension
As you know, the purpose of the various websites which make up my NetPlusUltra®-sustained Webfolio is not only to provide for a comprehensive concept presentation, but also for the multidimensional separation of concerns towards permanent improvement, by conceptually squaring any kind of problem-solving cycle. Considering that the ultimate objective is to redeploy this whole web presence into an affiliation portal for prospective franchisees - a general public gateway which will nevertheless preserve all the character of an author’s solution - those many web modules will undergo this year a final series of updates aiming at subsequent conceptual archival, i.e. reusability.
In terms of the legal form under which it is (to be) registered, my NetPlusUltra®-sustained incubation formula is protected by the "Daniela BERNDT Web Foundation" model for web authors, also the first of its kind, since it is the product - conceptualized by the same formula - of the national regulations in effect with regard to the governance of associations and foundations. The objective is to achieve a legal, financial and organizational matrix-based framework which will enable direct investment, by the franchised author, of the capital of which s·he is the legitimate producer.
Economic dimension
As you can imagine, there is a whole conceptual system of reporting in (research and) development behind this web-enabled dashboard, whose publication can be traced back to 2013, whereby the purpose of this economic consolidation is to translate into figures the huge potential for gains in productivity which can be unleashed by properly conceptualizing all kinds of interfaces. In terms of the underlying economic model, it is the formula of self-salaried employment which I have conceptualized for my web franchising system, by virtue of the evident adequacy thereof with regard to what motivates us, as authors, to protect our intellectual property, namely: the right to sustain a living from what we produce.
Through the strict application of the NetPlusUltra®-sustained formula to his·her individual project, within the legal framework of a master franchising agreement with my web incubation service, each franchised author will be enabled to produce his·her own customized implementation of this conceptual master model of self-salaried employment.
Orga-tech dimensions
In organizational and technical terms, as dashboarded on my Testfolio v2 module (1), the purpose of consolidation is to eliminate all fraudulent code hybridation practices which interface nothing but leaking buckets, to enable only such conceptual intraconnections of healthy native environments which will make it possible for authors to capitalize on the added-value that they produce.
In terms of the most appropriate mode of organization, it is the master franchising model which I have conceptualized by the NetPlusUltra®-sustained formula, by virtue of the evident adequacy thereof with regard to the necessity to organize the conceptual convergence of individual goals, pursued by independent intrapreneurs, into the right direction of the system's legitimate purpose.
Cultural dimension
In terms of consolidating international standards, the objective is to frame the convergence of existing operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Android) towards user environments which are entirely comparable from one editor to another (Microsoft, Apple, Google), so as to avoid dead-ended investments caused by the wrong initial choice of equipment. In this perspective, keeping only the native formats which are already installed by default on each system (such as Courrier for Windows, as the equivalent of Mail for Mac OS X, and Gmail for Android), by leaving it up to third-party multi-OS format providers to enable transversal communication between native platforms, should suffice to eliminate the many formats that have become obsolete or redundant.
With regard to the production of web-enabled incubators of added-value (i.e. capitalization environments), the NetPlusUltra®-signed formula grafts onto the fundamental difference between a native intranet and a multi-OS extranet, to frame collaborative Intranet+Ultra® and Extranet+Ultra® workspaces entirely dedicated to their respective legitimate purpose.
Proof of concept
The redeployment of our existing reality into a new conceptual user experience will be considered as achieved when the NetPlusUltra®-certified feedback program, which remains to be implemented in the form of a bonus-malus system (devised so as to motivate the renewal of individual leasing contracts protecting devices master-franchised by NetPlusUltra®), will have provided for the conceptualization of each native operating system up into its close-to-zero-default optimum. After this point of equilibrium is reached, most updates to be released will be related to the customization of graphical considerations, by the users themselves.
In other words: the proof-of-concept-integrity requirement will be considered as satisfied when each and every franchised member will be enabled to check on and confirm the effective presence, on his·her device, of a NetPlusUltra®-signed property separation line preventing the editor of the CONTAINER DEVICE to fraudulently impede on the perimeter of the CONTENT PRODUCER, and vice-versa.
Survival of species
Securing the permanent consolidation of all viable parts of this macro-economic gaping hole known as the internet means empowering humankind to survive itself without having to reinvent the wheel after each catastrophy. A final word of reassurance for the attention of those who already fear that they could end up bored to death in a system, which once redeployed, would have no further worries but the safekeeping of its goods: in a future where everything is conceptually locked in the right direction, towards the sustainable replenishment of the system’s resources by the self-managed franchised members thereof, we would have set free whatever cognitive resources are necessary - which are currently squatted by bottom line survival issues - to imagine new forms of exchange.
NetPlusUltra® refers to the virtual incubation service which transforms any kind of operating system fraudulently seeking to exploit its users into an added-value capitalization system operated by the legitimate author and holder thereof. Achieving this goal will require proper affiliation.
